Total budget = sum of approved/completed Scoro quotes on each project.
Total spend = income to date (invoiced sum across all of a project's phases, paid + unpaid) minus bills & expenses recorded against the project. Hover over a Total spend figure for the breakdown.
Variance = budget − spend; positive (green) means budget remaining, negative (red) means the project has been invoiced beyond its quoted budget. Variance % expresses that same figure as a percentage of the total budget.
Click a row to see phases — phase budget is only shown where the quote itself was itemized by phase; Scoro has no equivalent phase-level breakdown for spend, so it isn't shown per phase.
Data refreshes daily at 8am UK time, or any time via "Refresh now".
"All" shows every project across every entity you have access to, combined into one view.
Some projects belong to more than one Scoro company account and would otherwise appear once per entity.
Each one is only counted once here, so the combined totals don't double-count its budget or spend.
